Where are our dresses made?
Visibility across a goods’ supply chain is an important aspect for consumers to take into consideration when purchasing any product.
Binanz aims to be as transparent in our processes as possible and although there are always things that we will work on improving, we think we’re off to a good start!
Our dresses are designed, sampled, tested and manufactured in New Zealand (supporting local!!). The entire R&D process over the past year has been spread from Hawkes Bay to Auckland and now Christchurch!
Our manufacturer is based in Christchurch and ensures safe working conditions for the employees and pays them fairly.
We know shopping online for clothes can be tricky sometimes, so with Binanz you can return your purchase within 14 days from the date you received your order, for store credit, a full refund or a different size.
Dresses must be in their original condition (i.e., unworn, unwashed, and undamaged), in their original packaging where possible.
After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment. Please allow around 10 days from our receipt of your item to process your return.
